HC window.jpg

Highlights:

•This visualized protocol demonstrates the preparation of a custom-made imaging window supplemented with infusion cannula and its implantation onto the CA1 region of the hippocampus in mice.

•The implant can be used for high-resolution imaging of neuronal activity using a simple wide-field imaging setup

•The implant provides high stability for motion artifact-free imaging in behaving mice
